Following the success of our first meeting, a due diligence fee will be requested in order for our consultants to further develop your project. This will work to determine both the legitimacy and feasibility of the concept.

Services & Commission Agreement

To facilitate a clear and transparent consulting process, we will present you with a letter of engagement in order to initiate our working partnership. This document will identify and communicate the components of our service and emphasise both parties strong commitment to both the project and our services.

Business Strategy

Now begins the consulting process. We will work diligently with you and your business in order to develop a comprehensive and robust strategy that goes beyond the requirements of a basic business plan. We will outline the potential direction of the company and establish scalable, streamlined and cost-effective initiatives that will project both business growth and long-term sustainability.

Project Management
